A company provider of credit card services is responsible to charge a Merchant Service Fee (MSF) for the service acceptance of transactions made with payment cards. At the same time, the company pays a commission to the Issuers of payment cards, national or international, used in its network of Acquiring, called Interchange Fee (IF), defined by international payment schemes (IPSs).
In order to process millions of transactions daily, Unicage’s technology was chosen to be responsible for recalculating MSF and IF with an impressive performance. The Portal component is responsible to show to users a resume of the information gathered during the recalculation and to allow users to analyse the transactions and identify the source of the inconsistencies.
